OFFICIAL STATEMENT
On Euroean Tour 2026 German hard rock band Bonfire announces that bassist Ronnie Parkes will not be joining the upcoming European tour 2026 due to health reasons. Ronnie is currently suffering from burnout and is not in a condition to handle the physical demands of travel, particularly the long-haul flights between New York and Munich.
The band fully supports him in focusing on his recovery.
“Health comes first – we wish Ronnie a full and speedy recovery.
He remains an integral part of the BONFIRE family and will return.”
Stepping in for him will be longtime friend of the band, Tina Schüssler. The three-time world boxing champion, singer, actress, and bassist is also part of the feature film Rock’n’Roll Survivor, currently being produced by BONFIRE.
In addition, Tina will perform a duet with Alexx Stahl on her entrance song “Eye of the Tiger.”
